Security, Data Handling and Your Rights

Account Verification

Before your first withdrawal, we ask for a photo ID and a bank statement or utility bill showing your address. This takes 5–10 minutes. We use this to confirm you match the account holder on your payment method—DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS—and to meet regional compliance rules.

Data Storage and Retention

We keep your account data for three years after closure. Login history, transaction records and profile details are encrypted and stored on secure servers. You can request a copy of your data anytime by emailing [email protected] with your account email.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to remember your lobby preferences, login status and language choice. Third-party analytics cookies track how you browse—we use this to spot fraud and improve the interface. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing account access.

Payment Security

Your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS deposits are tokenized—we never store your full payment details. Withdrawal requests are verified against your registered payment method before we send funds. Refunds go back to the same method within 3–5 business days.

Dispute and Chargeback Policy

If you dispute a deposit or withdrawal, contact our support team within 30 days with your transaction ID. We investigate and respond within 10 days. Chargebacks filed directly with your bank may result in account suspension while we investigate.

Account Closure and Data Deletion

You can close your account anytime from Settings. We delete your profile picture and payment tokens immediately, but retain transaction records and account history for three years to comply with financial regulations and fraud monitoring.

No. You can deposit and play immediately after registration. We only ask for verification—ID and an address document—before your first withdrawal. This is a compliance requirement in Indonesia and takes about 5–10 minutes. If you skip it, you can't cash out, but you can still play with your balance.

You can close it anytime from the Settings menu. We'll lock your access immediately and refund any remaining balance to your registered payment method—DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS—within 3–5 business days. Your transaction history stays with us for three years per financial rules.

We retain your account record, transaction history and login data for three years after closure. This helps us detect fraud and comply with local regulations. If you want a full copy of your data before closure, email [email protected] at least five days before you close.

Yes. Go to Wallet settings and add a new DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account. You can then set it as your default for deposits and withdrawals. All future transactions will go to the new method. Old payment records stay in your history.

If we notice suspicious login attempts or large withdrawals from a new device, we may temporarily hold your account and contact you via email. We'll ask you to verify your identity before releasing the hold. This usually takes 24 hours. If you're in Makassar or another region outside our main coverage, verification may take longer.

Deposit and withdrawal limits depend on your payment method and verification status. Unverified accounts can deposit but cannot withdraw. Verified accounts can withdraw up to 50 million Rupiah per week via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. Contact [email protected] to request higher limits after your first verified withdrawal.
